We will arrange a pick-up from your place and we will then proceed with your return .
We have two options for processing such returns :-
- Bank Refund- We refund the Full amount in your bank account.
- Store Credit– We add amount equal to the product value to your ' Ethnus Villa ' Account . You can use this credit amount during your next purchase with us. Store Credit will be issued only after we receive back the product and validate the return.
