Time to Deliver (INDIA)-

The products ordered can be expected to be delivered within 4-6 days in major metro cities and can take anywhere between 5-8 days for other locations.

Time to Deliver(USA, UK, Canada, etc)

The products ordered can be expected to be delivered within 15-20days .

If the customer is unsatisfied with the product delivered then he/she can Whatsapp us at 9974409700 or Mail us on Support@ethnusvilla.com with us UNPACKING Video within 7 days from the date of receiving the parcel.

We will arrange a pick-up from your place and we will then proceed with your return .

We have two options for processing such returns :-

• Bank Refund- We refund the Full amount in your bank account. 

• Store Credit– We add amount equal to the product value to your ' Ethnus Villa '  Account . You can use this credit amount during your next purchase with us. Store Credit will be issued only after we receive back the product and validate the return.
